Cook with Oscar was founded by Chef Oscar Roas, who brings a rich background in culinary arts and a deep appreciation for Peruvian cuisine. After honing his skills at Le Cordon Bleu College and gaining valuable hotel industry experience, Oscar began offering online and in-person cooking classes that blend traditional flavors with modern techniques, helping students discover the joy of cooking.
