Nice to meet you,
I’m Chef Oscar.

I was born in Peru, a country famous for its rich and diverse cuisine. From a young age, I developed a deep passion for flavors — from the fresh seafood of my coastal hometown to the traditional dishes from northern and jungle regions of Peru.

Throughout my career, I’ve traveled across the country discovering local ingredients, recipes, and culinary traditions that tell the story of Peruvian culture.

Now, I want to share that passion with you — to help you experience authentic flavors and enjoy cooking with heart, creativity, and joy.

My Experience

Originally from Peru, I began my culinary journey at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in the U.S., where I turned my passion into a profession. I’ve worked in diverse kitchens — from Argentine grills to Peruvian restaurants — and in luxury hospitality at the Waldorf Astoria Boca Raton Resort.

Today, I bring all those experiences together to offer you authentic, hands-on cooking classes where culture, flavor, and passion come alive.
